Typically, a blockout blind is utilized for the top blind (face fit).
The top blind is commonly configured to roll backward, positioning the fabric close to the architrave.
The bottom blind is typically a sheer or light filtering blind, designed for recess fit installation.

Within the frame (Recess fit).

Slimline brackets are employed at the top front.
A blackout blind is frequently utilized for the top blind.
The top blind is consistently a front roll configuration
The bottom blind is typically a sheer or light-filtering blind.

Let's measure your window without a frame.

Now that you have chosen a design, let's proceed with the measurement process!

Let's measure for your custom-fit blind.

It's a straightforward process, but we need to gather some information from you.
Provide the width measurements
Provide the drop measurements
Determine the depth of the window frame for a recess fit blind
Specify the desired side for the chain to be located
Determine the chain drop (Control height)

Determine the depth of the window.

To ensure a proper fit for a recessed blind, it is essential to verify that there is a minimum clearance of 50mm between the window glass and the window frame's edge.

Take the measurement of the window's width.

Make sure to document your measurements as you progress.
To determine the width for a recess fit blind, measure the top width of the inside of the frame.
For an outside the frame face fit blind, measure the outside of the top of the frame from end to end.

Take the measurement of the window's drop.

To install a face fit blind, measure from the top of the window frame to the desired endpoint of the blind's frame. The drop measurement can vary depending on your preference, whether you want the blind to align with the window sill, hang above the floor, or match the height of other window blinds in the room. The choice is yours!

Take precise measurements of the interior dimensions of the window frame for a recess fit blind.

The Roller brackets

Our offerings include dual roller blinds with top front double brackets, providing a sleek and compact appearance.

Select the desired side for the chain placement.

Which side of the window would you like the chain to be on? Consider the room's design and the accessibility to the chain.
Our stainless steel chain loops are offered in lengths of 500mm, 750mm, 1,000mm, 1,250mm, 1,500mm, 1,750mm, and 2,000mm.

Minimum chain drop = (Drop ÷ 2) + 200mm
Round up to the nearest chain size after calculating (Blind drop divided by 2, add 200mm)

Take into account the position of the blind.

Which material would you prefer for the front and which one for the rear? Typically, the rear blind is a sheer blind, while the top blind is a blockout blind.

Take into consideration the rolling direction of your blind.

What rolling direction would you like for your blinds? In dual roller blinds, the top blind always rolls in the front. Take into account the functionality of your back blind and choose whether you prefer a combination of back and front rolling with a top front double bracket.

Additional options to consider:

Take into consideration whether you would like to include a motorized roller in your order. Opting for a motorized option can enhance the functionality of your roller blinds.
