Measurements
Please ensure that all the information that you enter is correct and exactly what you require as they cannot be altered once we receive it as Impact blinds and curtains take no responsibility for your measurements.
Pricing
Prices quoted are inclusive of GST and will be the total amount charged to your payment choice. No other discounts or offers can apply when ordering from our online store. We accept Internet orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, for example, 3.0 version or higher of Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape. This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection
On hold orders
We cannot guarantee the pricing on orders that have been placed on hold or save for later will be maintained although we try to keep our prices as stable as possible. By placing your order immediately you can be assured the price you see is the price you will pay.
Delivery
Impact Blinds and Curtains will deliver your goods to the address you have provided on the order form for delivery. We will immediately despatch the order upon completion. We use a courier service so the delivery details will be handled by themselves. Upon the event that the goods are damaged on delivery you must inform us immediately by email including a picture of the damage. We will endeavour to get a replacement as soon as possible.
Warranty
We have a 12 month warranty on all goods purchased but it is the purchaser’s responsibility to return them to our warehouse at their own expense. Impact Blinds and Curtains have a duty to provide you with the product you ordered. If a part is missing or incomplete, we will replace it as quickly as possible. A refund will only be given if we cannot replace or repair the item.
Cancellation of order
As all of the products on our site are custom made and are made to your specifications that you have entered we cannot accept cancellations on orders received from the site as we would be unable to resell them.
Inability to supply order
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed if we deem it necessary for reasons such as components / fabric discontinued, delivery out of our boundaries or unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control.
In this case we will refund your account as soon as possible.
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which We exclude our liability to You) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Descriptions and Photography
We strongly recommend requesting a free fabric sample before placing an order. We aim to make sure every product delivered to our customers matches its respective sample or the image or the description seen on the website. However, our goods can appear different to samples and to when they are viewed online. This is because of variations in dye or fabric runs and because the type of monitor used and its display settings affect how colours, shades and tones appear on screen. A minor variation in colour or pattern or fabric between the delivered goods and the sample, image or description does not entitle you to reject the goods or to claim compensation.
Impact Blinds and Curtains have a duty to provide you with the product you ordered. If a part is missing or incomplete, we will replace it as quickly as possible in accordance with the Consumer Guarantee. A refund will only be given if we cannot replace or repair the item.
